选择催化燃烧设备时应留意的事项:

(1)废气成分不得含有下列物质:高粘度的油和油。如磷、铋、砷、锑、汞、铅、锡;高浓度粉尘。

催化燃烧使用表面含有贵金属和金属氧化物的催化剂。在铂和钯的作用下,有机污染物的废气在较低的温度下可氧化为二氧化碳和水。催化剂的加入不能改变原有的化学平衡,变化的只是化学反应的速率,但催化剂本身的性质在反应前后不发生变化。该催化燃烧装置主要由活性炭吸附箱、避雷器、换热器、催化反应床和风机组成。与直接燃烧比拟,催化燃烧温度更低,燃烧更完整。

The addition of catalyst can not change the original chemical equilibrium, only the rate of chemical reaction changes, but the properties of catalyst itself do not change before and after the reaction. The catalytic combustion device is mainly composed of activated carbon adsorption box, lightning arrester, heat exchanger, catalytic reaction bed and fan. Compared with direct combustion, catalytic combustion has lower temperature and more complete combustion.
